Privacy Policy — LLMs.txt AI Optimizer

This Privacy Policy explains how LLMs.txt AI Optimizer (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when merchants install or use the LLMs.txt AI Optimizer app (the “App”) on Shopify.

1) Scope

This policy applies to:

• Merchants and their staff who install or use the App in Shopify Admin.
• Information processed through Shopify to provide the App’s features.

It does not cover third-party websites or services linked from the App.

2) What the App does

The App helps merchants generate and publish an AI-ready llms.txt file (and related settings/outputs) to help AI assistants better understand a store’s public content.

3) Information we collect

A) Information from Shopify (via Shopify APIs)

Depending on permissions granted and features enabled, we may access and process:

• Store information (store name, myshopify domain, storefront domain, locale/timezone).
• Merchant contact details (such as admin email), as available via Shopify and granted scopes.
• Store content needed to generate llms.txt (for example: products, collections, pages, blogs/articles, URLs/handles, and metadata such as metafields if enabled).
• App configuration and events (install/uninstall timestamps, granted scopes, relevant webhook events).
